I'm sorry if my expectations were pitched higher than your voice-overs cracking the silence here and there, but for me, it couldn't compensate the lack of any soundtrack in a whole story-driven episode. No, I didn't expect the SW OST with all the copyright issues. Just something... even freeware that fits a space theme and the mood you're aiming for. Stills and dialogues were just fine.

I'm in the process of working out what the next game I do (with Mortze) will be. I've gone back and forth on a couple of different ideas, but am currently thinking through something I hinted at in the after credits part of Life Changes for Keeley.

Tlaero
Nice. Though I did watch all the after credits I can't seem to recall the bit you hinted at, gonna have to watch them again I guess.

Does anyone know how this dream team met each other? Was it just by reaching out for collabs online or were they already friends IRL? I'm a writer/programmer, what would it take to find a Mortze to collab with.

I had created 5 or 6 games with a different artist, who got busy and stopped. I wandered around aimlessly for a while until Mortze approached me online and offered to be my new artist. I asked him to send me a clothed picture of a character he felt was attractive. Having seen the work of a number of new artists, I had low expectations and was planning to let him down easy. I was expecting a stock V4 model with the breasts pneumatically inflated to beachball size and a vacant expression. What I got was an image of Elsa. I gasped and, while keeping my excitement to myself, coyly asked him to send me 3 different facial expressions. Now hopeful, I feared that I'd get the typical exaggerated things you see. What he sent me were 3 extremely subtle, evocative expressions. I ran around my house cheering.

Mortze was better just starting out than many people are after years of practice. Now that he's had years of practice he's, in my opinion, one of the best 3d artists around.

If it's anything to boost your morale, you are the person who introduced me to erotic games as a whole but your games are also the most exciting I've played because of your ability to tell a story that just happens to include motivational sequences for unparalleled intimate grip training. I always have and always will look forward to any project that has the name "Tlaero" attached to it, and because of your partnership, I now do the same with the name "Mortze".

Indeed, Mortze is one of the best 3d artists around in the indie adult industry. I think the only ones that I would say are above him are Stoper and PhillyGames, and trust me that's putting the quality bar really high.
I always enjoyed your games Tlaero, because even though they generally don't really meet my fetishes, the stories are extremely compelling and Mortze art is top notch. I really hope you guys keep your partnership going for many years to come.

Amazing story, thanks for sharing. I hope to build the resume you had that made artists reach out to you by themselves. You're a great writer and I think that's obvious to everyone.

Mortze is also definitely among the best, world class. A writer / artist duo is clearly the best thing you can do since the majority of games shared on f95 had either great writing or great art but not both. Now all you need is a great game developer to implement gallery and progress tracking through all your games as well as a bizdev guy to properly monetize them as your patreon looks anemic next to the sheer quality of your output.

A bit of unsolicited advice: You're wasting time aiming at the male-porn market when your writing is clearly too good for it and the market won't be able to appreciate your stories without the many fetishes necessary. You should go for the female visual novel market, which is much bigger than the male one anyway. I was reading about how this visual novel company for girls was apparently big enough to have 21 writers on staff.

Thank you! By the way, I added galleries to Life Changes for Keeley, our most recent game. And I'll take a look at the female visual novel market that you mentioned.

This might not be exactly what you're looking for, but is probably the biggest easily and freely browse-able art community I know of. There are sections there for traditional artwork, photography, 2D and 3D CG artwork, and probably anything else you can think of. It blocks adult content by default, but you can set up a free profile in a couple seconds and unblock them from there. If I was in your shoes, I'd probably start checking around on there, maybe try messaging a couple people whose work fits what your looking for and see if you can find anything there. Probably a lot easier than trying to find someone on say Patreon.

This was quite solid, solid UI, great graphics for the most part. The story was compellingly entertaining, though I think it could have used a good bit more Star Wars flavor. It's also incredibly short, but I see that it is only Episode 1, so hopefully there is more content to come.

A couple smaller complaints:

1. The faces of the women, while realistic, were unappealing. I have a bias against DAZ3d models, and though you've done well with them in making them convincing characters, I think they could stand to be more attractive, exotic, and desirable. The captain and the slave seemed to be the only halfway attractive female characters.

2. The story, as a whole, made me feel as though I was along for a ride, rather than having any meaningful agency in the plot and whatever's going on. If that's the intention, mission accomplished, but it made me feel like it would have been better as a comic rather than as a "game" of any description.

I have to ask, is there any way to not have sex with the priestess in the temple?
Well, if you played your cards right up to that point you can have sex with Drea or Jiljoo instead. Honestly don't remember if there's a no-sex option.

Tried it. Great work on the gallery, nicely organized, basically exactly what I wanted and fixed the issue I criticized in my review here.

I can't be the only one who just mutes every single Ren'py game before I even start playing it.

Music/Sounds just aren't important to me in "sex games."

I have to agree that is the weakest link of this game.

You are not the only one. And if you are only in it for the sex scenes then you're not missing out much. But on the good story-driven games (and I believe many will agree with me that most of the great "sex games" are strongly story-driven), good sound & music makes a huge difference. Muting it is like watching a great movie with subtitles only. It's do-able, but you'd lose a lot of the atmosphere.
