Why? NOPY is free, for mega you can use megadownloader v1.8, or just buy a account in real-debrid, 3 dol per months for a lots of host.

Both the Mom and Sis relations need to be at 100% and you have to take both on their dates. Once this is done, you should get the opportunity at dinner to tell choose to start the event with them. There is also a help button on top center of the VN border that will tell you what else needs to happen to advance the story.
