Zoe, now that is a name that I haven't heard in quite some time.
I posted the reasons for that on Patreon and on this website as well quite some time ago.
But, to put it quite simple.
When I joined the team and took over the development of Research Into Affection/Sweet Affection a bit after that.
And, when I started to implement all the other side characters, I realized that I was not happy with her content.
Her bit of content was made before I joined the team and there was no clear direction/idea for her future.
So, I decided to permanently remove her from the game and implement other side characters that I am happy with and have a clear idea for from start to finish.
Before you say "But, people voted on that!?!?!"
That poll was made many, many years ago... long before I joined the team, and even longer before I took over the development of Sweet Affection... and even longer before we formed Naughty Attic Gaming.
I try to stick with all the promises that were made by Boomatica, but obviously I also want to go into my own direction.
Many things changed along the way that I communicated always directly with our fans and asked for their opinions through questions and polls.
And, the only thing that I can say is that the vast majority always supported the direction we wanted to go in.
And, that I will always try to listen to what my fans want.
I'm sorry if you were one of the 162 votes and if you were a fan of Zoe.
I hope that all the other characters in the game eases that annoyance a bit.

It's ok turns out i am just idiot. I thought i already seen those the backyard scenes but they were new lol.

Hey, we all make mistakes. The easiest way to see that it's a new scene is when you cannot use "skip". Every time "skip" isn't white, but gray, that's a new scene.

Did I add correctly? It has like 700,000+ words as of today? Is this thing like 40+ hours of content thus far? Does this seem accurate?

At this stage, it's somewhere between 2.000.000 and 3.000.000 words of dialogue spread over hundreds and hundreds of events
(Think we might be getting very close to 1.000 events in the game.)
(With all those words, there are also tens of thousands of images and hundreds of animations.)
Haven't done the exact count in a little while, but am planning to do so around the next level-up for M&S.
But, if you start Sweet Affection from the beginning, you have around 100+ hours of playtime if you want to experience everything.
However, obviously this is a text heavy game... so if you don't like reading, this game might not be for you.
If you do like reading though, and enjoy being a part of a wonderful, sweet and romantic story between characters... look no further.

sandbox games..... *sigh* Ok got the mom and sis to relationship 1.... now game seems to be the same thing over and over. work, talk to girls.. sleep... work, talk to girl... sleep. Why? I don't see any hints as to what to next... how long is this cycle going to be. Oh and why I am posting (just so I know when to stop playing) what is the max relationship?
So, we need a single, cohesive, diary with everyone in it so we know when we are done with content.

it's like a book about sex but it's not 50 shades of gray but a book who pretends to be a video game written by the twilight writer what's her face...
this game might as well be a boring sandbox with no sex in it because the content that is here is just a mess. it's not visually appealing to the eye, the animations are bad. 97% of the game the player is reading and it's not even a good script, why?
but the Dev is making money so I suppose we got some thirsty romantic bitches on site XD

game has no real grind by the time youu have gone through the events you will have reached enough relationship points ahead of time.
also to the left is the diaries useful for event tracking or you can use the gallery. The one in the menu with save load etc not the phone one. That only has the text images.

Just check the gallery it has every event, and the time to see it. That is excluding level up, date, and spa. It has the event but not the time to see it.

J..D is planning on diaries for the side characters.
Unfortunately, there is no ETA yet.
In the meantime, you can check the in-game gallery for each character if something is missing and/or the walkthrough:

I've been playing this game since first version. This "new" developer added things I must have missed in all the restarts and such. That icon seems old but undefined as a long-term player. Sorry Boom didn't listen to my warnings so many years ago.
I think you and I must be playing different VNs... I'm enjoying Sweet Affection (formerly known as Return to Affection) and I've been enjoying this for years. There are Many relationships to explore and the content I've played for years is very well organized. It is a Sweet story that has adult relationships, which take time to develop, versus a Pornhub wannabe with fap demonstrations in the first 5 minutes.
From your description, whatever VN you are playing is not for you and you should go explore some of the thousands of other options on F95.

I played it too when it had another name. Yes, game is text heavy, but good. I'm not fan of sandbox game at all. This is probably the last sandbox game I will download. When it's over, only VN's. But this game was my companion for years now. I wish (and not wish at the same time) that the game finish. Game is really sweet, is updated regularly and is still fun to play. I saw J..D said there is 100+ hours of gameplay. I would say 200+. It was (and still is) a wonderful journey...
For and, I hope developer will try to make a AVN after, I'm not picky about what, it can be like Sweet Affection, it doesn't have to be. Something in what developers feel comfortable.
