If I had even the tiniest doubt about finishing Sweet Affection.
If I wanted to stop developing Sweet Affection.
Don't you think I would have done that years ago?
First when I had start a new creator page and start from 0.
And then after I started to realize that Sweet Affection would never bring me success other projects have.
(Sweet Affection is a unique game after all.)
I don't develop Sweet Affection for the money. (Money simply allows me to work on it full-time.)
I develop Sweet Affection because I love the project, I love the characters and I want to see it finished, properly.
The supporters deserve that and all the characters in the game deserve that as well.
It would be so easy to say "You know what? I'm going to put Sweet Affection to the side for the time being and start developing something else."
It would be so easy to say "I tried my best, it didn't work out so I'm going to stop developing Sweet Affection."
If I didn't care about the project I'm developing, then that would be so easy to do.
But, I can't do that nor will I do that.
If it takes me another 2 years, 5 years, 10 years. Sweet Affection is going to be my full-tine focus until the game is 100% finished, simple as that.
Not just because I want to, but also because I am emotionally unable to stop.

As far as switching the graphical style, mid-game?
rudy007 said it correctly.
It would harm to integrity of any previous part of the game.
Any way you try it, characters will look different if I make them with HS2.
(And believe me, I have tried.)
Changing the characters now would be a big betrayal towards the fans who fell in love with the characters.
As well a betrayal to the characters themself.
Is the art outdated? Yes, I think we all know that.
But this is how the game is and it is too late to change things now.
Reworking the entire game is not an option either because I'd like to finish Sweet Affection before 2050.

But luckily Sweet Affection is about more than the art.
(Future games will 100% sure be either created with HS2 or Daz/Blender.)
