It will end when we reach 1.0.0, yes.

However, don't worry.
After we are done with the 0.9.x cycle, we move into the 0.10.x cycle.
There is still PLENTY of work to be done.
For both M&S and all the side-characters.

1.0.0 will happen once M&S have their story finished and ALL the side-characters.

It is not possible to compress Sweet Affection any further.
Not without completely ruining the image quality and make it pixalated.

There are 70.000+ Images and hundreds of animations in the game.
There is a lot of content, and that simply means it's a big game with a big size.
(uncompressed, it's already around 35/40GB, so it's already compressed down massively.)

As mentioned to the previous 5+ compressors from this website that tried the same (and failed).
If someone from this website puts out a compressed version that completely butchers my hard work, we will permanently leave this website.

I can understand that people want to have compressed versions but I gotta admit though the compressed images beyond that point JD showed look like ass and I believe no one want to play like that. I know I won't.


Also I havent played the game since years because I am waiting for the full product (hate playing in updates) but it feels like we are in the homestretch and pissing JD off the website this late in development because of compressed versions doesn't help anyone.

That compressed image is a thing of horror compared to the beauty of the HQ version.

If you want to play, see and read all the content?
Depending on how fast you can ready, somewhere between 100 - 150 hours. (at least)

However, this is a very texy heavy game.
So, if you don't like reading, my project might not be for you.

I'm not sure what do you ask. If you refer to render quality, they are the same. If you refer to variability, there is much more. You said, you stopped 2 years ago? That means, what, level 0.7.x or 0.8.x? Updates are monthly, there is many content added.

So when i last played the sex scenes were just a video that started after a dialogue and then you had the watch the animation without pressing anything or clicking anything or it would skip the whole thing.
My issue with the scenes were that they were just stock animation from honey select with differing camera angles, no dialogue whatsoever, completely sterile of any emotion or eroticism.
