Ok, I downloaded the version and extracted it from the rar program, but a file appeared for me, but it did not appear for the pictures, music, and data for the game. The apk file did not appear for me to install it.
If you downloaded the windows version of the game on an android device, then once you have unzipped the rar file and moved it to a regular folder you will need to do the following steps to run it on JOIplay:
- Open the Joiplay app
- Select the + icon to add a new game.
- Navigate to the games file location (this will be the unzipped copy of the rar file) and select the EXE file.
- Add a nane, version number & an icon to help identify the game on the Joiplay home screen.
- Select "Add"
- Done. you should be able to run the game by selectin the Icon you selected on the home page of the JOI play app.
Of note: If you have an APK file, then I would assume that you have instead downloaded the android version of the game. To my knowledge this file type will now work with Joiplay, and instead will allow you to install the game to your android device as a standalone app without the need for Joiplay. by default apk file are normally hidden from view with most android devices, you may need to change the "hidden files" option in the files app.
With regards to the Images and music not being viewable: if you are referring to the fact that you can not see the images or music outside of the game, then that is expected of most RPGMaker games as the files are encrypted. There are a number of tutorials on how to get access to them, but as I'm not too familiar myself, I would recommend you search yourself. On a tangential note, Joiplay has a decrypt feature. I recommend making a copy of the files first as it can corrupt and make the game unplayable if it doesn't finish correctly.
