Btw did anyone catch the joke Fujino made about himself in the recent update ?

When Kirito and Asuna watched the movie and Kirito complained it was too long, Asuna replied by saying something like the film director Fujino-san like to write a lot of dialogues lol

Yeah, I also got a feeling that the portrayal of Kirito in this update pretty much reflects Fujino's current state. :D

A little self-deprecating humor. It is fun and humbling to see a creator laughing at himself.

LMAO, I did NOT realize that until you said it, quickly went back to check, holy shit, that's golden XD

Fujino is truly a based dude and he's the only NTR content-creator I have ever felt like saying that about, he just keeps showing it more and more as time passes honestly :p

Size is irrelevant, as long as you don't flood the CPU with infinite processes of loading a shitton of resources at once.
2nd, you can use videos instead of images. So, instead of a parallel process constantly switching between pictures you can just run a video once.
3rd, you can make a game in RPGM without programing and plugins, but it will look exactly like the test projects. All the fancy stuff in the game, autosaves, text effects, etc - are all plugins, i.e. code. It's impossible to create something like that in vanilla RPGM, you have to code.
4th, finding a save is a design issue. Why does autosave saves in slot 7? Just, why? Why not in the 1st slot? And yes, you won't see the save file until you'll scroll down - which is not that obvious at all for some people.
1. size is relevant, rpgmaker is single core engine, so the more data there is to move the heavier it becomes,
2. no you can't use video, rpgmaker is made only for full screen video and fujino uses partial animations often, and video are heavier
3. no you don't have if the plug in are well made, I made a game myself the most you have to do is read the instruction e copy paste the commands
4. the save window open on the most recent save, you don't need to search for it, it's in the middle of the screen every time, and honestly I prefer it's in slot 5 instead of 1 so I can put my complete save there and never risk to overwrite it

Yeah, I'm curious about his profession. While he consistently delivers great animations, the entire treehouse event stood out as top-notch, feeling like it has been directed by an expert.

RPGMaker MV is based on Chromium (yes, the game runs in a browser), so it uses multiple cores.
Javascript is single-threaded, but it is not a problem unless you doing something unreasonable like emulating video from a bunch of images.

It is possible with plugins, this game uses not-fullscreen (partial) video (*.mpon files is *.webm with changed extension).

The video has a smaller size and is decoded on GPU, and it is much better than storing each frame as a PNG image and decoding in the CPU, additionally, often images should be also decrypted first because of RPGMaker encryption.

The problem with Fujino games is that he uses variable animation speeds (the time between frames is variable for each frame), this cannot be easily replaced with video.

If it is possible to use plugins and put video right now I am doing it, it is surprising that Fujino does not do it, it saves all the lag that sometimes happens I even read somewhere that it is possible to combine

It seems I remember wrong, maybe was an older rpgmaker engine that I used in the past, I searched for those plug in but didn't exist, same thing for the multi core, pretty sure loaded only 1 core, must have been older than MV

There aren't, actually, like I said a lot of Asuna's characters are blatant retcons, but that's not so much her fault as it's how the original story was conceived, which is something most anime-only will never know and even LN-readers won't acknowledge because 90% of the SAO fans only care for Asuna and/or KiriSuna XP

See, originally, SAO was meant to be a self-concluding 'one-shot' story, what nowadays is "SAO Volume 1" was originally ALL SAO was. In anime terms, imagine if it was just Episode 1, then skipped immediately to Kirito with the rare cooking ingredient rabbit in Agil's episode, remove the Yui episodes of their honeymoon entirely and any reference to anything that happened in the season before that moment, and end with Kirito waking up in the hospital. That's it.

Most of Season 1 (Liz, Silica, Yui, even Sachi and the Black Cats) were only added as part of Volume 2, which was the author trying to flesh out the world of the 'finished' story, and then he decided to continue more with a new direction for the plot since 'SAO' itself was over. Asuna's character is so shifty because originally all there was to her character was that and it wasn't meant to have more, it was just a self-concluding semi-fantasy love story, hell, she didn't even "win" over the other girls for being "better" than them, she won by default because none of them even EXISTED in the author's head when he originally wrote SAO.

Asuna originally had never even interacted much Kirito outside some boss fights before the last days of Aincrad, which is how originally Fairy Dance, then Fatal Bullet, were written upon. Then that was retconned to they actually having interacted a few times when volume 8 added the sidestory of the 'murder mystery', which was also in S1 in the anime. And even after that it was retconned again as they actually having met at the beginning of SAO when the author was asked by the anime team to write them a script for the second episode, which he once again 'wrote too much about' and became what nowadays is known as SAO Progressive, a whole-ass spin-off that completely retconned the entirety of Kirito and Asuna's relationship to they having known each other and been partners since the beginning of SAO before something split them apart, NONE of which was originally part of the original story at all :)

Again, none of this is specifically Asuna's fault, is how the author decided to continue the story from a 'self-concluding' point and expand it in bits and pieces in every direction, both continuing the main story and also going back to add more and more stuff to the early days of Aincrad constantly, but it's directly what caused Asuna to be such an 'inconsistent' character, because she has gone through like 3 whole retcons just to make her 'fit better' as the main heroine.

For all people rage about Kirito, is ironically Asuna whose writing is much worse thanks to both the author's efforts to write her better constantly and the bits and pieces he never touches, like, this rich girl who didn't have any real honest friends before SAO and was constantly under a controlling mother, and never done a single sport in her life because it would have been 'unladylike', and never touched a videogame in her life, became a godly prodigy unrivaled by almost everyone else the moment she grabbed a rapier despite having 0 experience with it, and despite having never cooked in her life she was such a prodigy at cooking in the game that despite having absolutely anything to do with real life cooking she also was cooking with the same master-waifu-levels like a month after getting out of the hospital :p
Fuck yeah. Kirito is the man idc what any of you wankers say Kirito whoop yo ASS

Reminds me a lot of the Venus NTR games, but in RPG Maker style and with MMD scenes. Or is this Koikatsu? Man, still can't believe how hard that game failed despite how much it get used for porn.

I absolutely love the part where Asuna's feeling to Kirito boost to 100 after the fireworks show and she want to end the relation with Inoda. The rest is just fate.
Why would you play an NTR game just for that? Also. why would you be so happy and desperate to take back a girl who cheats on you like this? You NTR ragers are weird.
