Just skip that entire scene it's bugged, as soon as that scene starts, hit skip and don't let go of the skip button until it's passed this moment. There's a bug where it's not counting the correct amount of steps that Inoda takes to reach Asuna in order for the rest of the scenes dialog to progress. Forcing the scene to skip it seems to make it so that the event trigger reaches that final tile step.

Just because the tag is used incorrectly doesn't make it NTR. Things are tagged NTR if they have a NTR sounding title even without any NTR. Things get tagged NTR cause the dev mentioned they might add avoidable NTR in 5yrs. NTR is a popular tag, so an unscrupulous dev will shoehorn somthin in to use the tag without an understanding of what it is. You see the same with many of the most trafficked tags.At most in the never-finds-out-ending she may still do it just to keep up appearances, after all part of Kirito never finding out will have to be eventually making him believe Inoda's children are his I would imagine, as per his extreme lack of luck, especially after Sugu's seemingly complete character reversal in the last update meaning the universal rule of Kirito not getting anything 'good' is holding XP
You think most NTR writers care about those details XD? In modern-day, as long as a girl vaguely related or interested in the MC, even if it's completely one-sided or the MC never finds out, gets fucked by another dude, it's immediately tagged/promoted/named as NTR, hell, practically every piece of SAO NTR that uses non-Asuna girls is specifically framed like that because of the series' unique nature in that regardMost writers/readers just don't care, they still take it as NTR as far as they're concerned.

The Memory Room is where the update ends every time, if you can't get out anymore and there is white pigeon around (Which is the creator's avatar that talks about the last update and his immediate plans for the future), then that's it for now :O
