When you are a legitimate business, you don't wait for a cease and desist before you comply with copyright laws. SAO author prob has never heard of Fujino but that doesn't mean you can still steal his shit.
It's not the authors or creators of intellectual properties that typically learn of and handle stuff like this. It's the legal department of whatever company owns the publishing rights to the IP. The creator of SAO has people to do this stuff for him.

i have seen a lot of them tho, and SAO is an Japanese franchise so obviously that they will never doing something like sue some parody game like this. In fact, it didn't even affect their revenue at all

I just know that no other NTR brings me as much excitement as Fujino's games, especially SAO NTR, and I mean that in many terms like story, characters, and animation. The NTR market has been down lately, especially considering that SAO NTR is at a standstill and will remain so until Fujino settles down in a new location and actually gets back to work on the project. Because honestly, without that developer to bring more NTR games, the market is pretty shallow.
