Firstly, this has no right to be as good as it is. Most games that have an exploration aspect to them forget to add anything to actually find. All the events you can find around the city are excellent, and most have their own mini stories to piece together by talking to people. Cant wait for more.
However, there were a number of technical issues, chiefly that for some dumb fuck retarded reason, the game auto saves over the last slot you saved at. Which bricked out 20mins of my save, since it soft-locked, and fucking saved over my slot. Luckily playing rpgm games I've grown accustomed to saving constantly and saving in multiple slots.
The soft lock came when I tried to view from the recollection room the asuna events in the sewer, one put me in a room with no door and softlocked (an overwrote my save). The next one was when I tried to view the other sewer event, and it put me against the eyeball boss, which 3 shot me every time. I even defended to build gauge and could barely fire off the 100tp ult, but it didnt do enough and I died. (and it overwrote my save right before the boss, luckily I had backups this time).
I also found out that it overwrites my saves while viewing the events from the recollection room. Seriously, that shit is stupid as fuck.
Additionally, every 30-40mins of playing it would just hard crash, usually when trying to load an event.
Aside from the glaring technical issues, the game is amazing. I played it thinking it was a throwaway I would just rush though and toss. Never did I think a SAO Netorare game would be this good. Exploring and finding all the events is amazing. Fix the bugs and this will probably end up being one of my favorites.
