No, Fujino was on a work trip and other stuff so there wasn't August update, next one will be at the end of September.

Regardless of the anxiety meter, it's just an assumption. Fujino spoke of the ending while still developing Part 1. At that time, there were no plans for Part 2, which means there also weren't any plans for the anxiety meter.

I understand where you are coming from, and I don´t expect people to follow the 100 posts of a discussion about why Inoda is an obese asshole or if he is just an obese neutral bystander, or whatever is the discussion flavor of the day, but it´s really funny how many people are asking about the release date of the update when Fujino straight out talked about it at the end of the last release.
Not that I am anyone to talk about missing in-game info, when it happens to me all the time.
The endings are something a bit interesting to me as of late, because while I am still working under the assumption that Fujino will follow through with what he had planned during part 1, more or less at the very least, with a ending where Kirito remains blissfully
But, when one thinks about the narrative of the game and how part 2 has been developed, a Netorase/Cucked ending doesn´t actually make all that much sense. Throughout the game, Kirito has progressively become more and more corrupted depending on the choices of the player. Still, unlike part 1, most of that corruption takes place in his own infidelity and lust for other women, very much unlike what was happening during the previous entry where Kirito was bombarded with cheating affairs left and right.
So, if we were to follow the narrative progression of this game while ignoring the fact that Fujino has already vaguely spoken about how he planned to differentiate the storyline with respect to the endings, I think we could safely assume that he would be taking us to an ´Unaware Kirito simply gets cucked without ever realizing anything or doing anything´ ending with a not corrupted Kirito.
And a "Cheating Kirito who sleeps around without knowing that he is a joke, being cucked behind his back by a much more proficient lover."
Now, I don´t believe that´s the direction Fujino will take in the end, but if we are getting anything different than the original two endings, I would bet that it has to be related to Kirito´s increasing debauchery and lack of fidelity.
You know what that means? The absolute non-zero chance that we are getting a Sugu ending-------!!!!

It is pretty easy to slot Suguha into the two endings. In the unaware ending Kirito will only not know about Asuna's cheating. He could be spanking Suguha while thinking Asuna is still his. Or even funnier he is still "dating" Asuna IRL while fucking Leafa in FOG because "VR isn't real". Oh the irony!
For the Netorase ending, just because he is spanking himself while watching I&A doesn't mean he can't see have a relationship with Suguha. Guys can see watch porn even if he is in a relationship. Maybe they will watch together as foreplay?

Yeah, given how Fujino's characters work, I can see Leafa/Flora convincing him to let her help overcome his performance issues, but it feels only half-backed for Suguhas' story, as her main goal is in real life. So, yeah, we always come back to mirroring Inoda in a way, which is the only way I can think of right now. Yeah, the sad reality is that realistically by how the story is structured there is no way for Suguha to have a "pure win", which would be Kirito fully leaving Asuna and being with her aware in any way shape or form, but there IS a chance however small she could have a 'pity win' in some of the endings, like still enjoying Kirito's dick while he's unaware or something like that, it will depend on what Fujino writes really XPYeah, given how Fujino's characters work, I can see Leafa/Flora convincing him to let her help overcome his performance issues, but it feels only half-backed for Suguhas' story, as her main goal is in real life. So true. No way Suguha will get a ending where Kirito realizes Suguha was his true love all along and forgets about Asuna. But at least the more likely way of being with Kirito in some form is still A LOT BETTER than what her fate would have been if she was still with Hebishima is a win for her.

Basically, yeah. To sweeten things up a bit more for her, I'd add that she knows about Asuna and Inoda, so from her POV, she is the only woman in his life. That’s probably the best-case scenario I can think of right now.

Because unlike other characters, she actually cares about his feelings and well-being. I mean, it depends on the situation, but such news can be a relief or absolutely devastating. Also, Fujino promised that Kirito wouldn't know.
Like somebody else said, yeah, that sadly can't happen because if she found out about Inoda and Asuna, she WOULD immediately tell Kirito as it would be a sure way for her to destroy his relationship with Asuna and throw him straight into her arms. Therefore the only real way it can go is her never finding out, otherwise Fujino may have to do something retarded to keep her silent like *shudders* have Inoda 'silence' her, and none of us want that
