I understand that Kirito forgets everything when LEAVING THE BLOG. But can Kirito react while reading the blog?? Previously, in past updates, Kirito reacted. Apparently Fujino didn't figure out how to implement it.

Just don't overthink it; magic irl was never realistic to begin with. It's just a feature from Fujino to show players some extra pictures and an easy way to provide insight into Inoda's point of view.
