I doubt Suguha will use that spawn point. Only Asuna and Kirito seems to spawn in the bedroom. Liz has access to the base too and she never spawned there. So Suguha will probably spawn outside the base and enter the base normally like everyone else.
Yeah, it’s not impossible though; Kirito used the spawn point in Klein’s base, I think. It’s just that Suguha knows all members of the main party are working during the day, so she doesn’t really need that.
What I meant was spawning in the bedroom is a choice or setting. If you don't have that setting you just spawn wherever you last logged off. I think in Klein's base, Kirito just spawned where he last logged off from too. Suguha would have no reason to set her spawn point to the bedroom.

Well, yeah. It's kind of hard to predict how the abilities would react when used at the same time. On the other hand, knowing about the ability isn’t a big deal on its own; it could potentially be to his benefit if he actually saw them doing lewd stuff. But so far, Leafa has never used this in public; she’s not that stupid. Also, he and Asuna have seen "them" fucking already, so I’m not sure if it’s of any real value. It’s probably best if we never find out.

And what should Asuna's reaction be to Lifa? The game seems to have a convention that Lyfa and Flora are 2 different characters. And therefore, for Asuna, Lifa is just an unfamiliar character. Of course, she may be a little jealous of Lifa's sexy costume (and this will give Asuna a reason to wear a sexy costume too), but there should not be a special reaction.The main intrigue for me is how Asuna will react to Leafa.
