That is assuming too much from Liz's skills. She has never made anything other than standard equipment. The last glasses seems to be a standard infrared glasses. Having her build something that see Inoda's broken abilities without Administrator help seems unlikely. If Inoda wanted Asuna see him when he is invisible, he can, no need for any extra equipment. I seriously doubt Liz had anything to do with the glasses. If anything I think the glasses is just a aesthetic choice because Asuna needs to look smart to solve a puzzle.
