I would say that 12 hours from right now, is what we should be reasonably expecting, it's a workday for Fujino so he will probably upload it when he goes home from the office.
can someone explain to me whats with the hype of today's release? did Fujino promise something?

I've seen this update. There's Asna's self-defense, Inoda's use of adult devices, and Pelaccio. There's no sex scene, and I think there's real sex in the next update

Every time when a new update is about to arrive, they start jumping like crickets and then in the end, someone will complain because there is no pov of this or that or the update is short

Damn Fujino. Releasing on Friday morning for me. I should be going to work then but I must make sacrifices. So I will make the brave choice of not going into work until I have fully dissected the new update. A man needs to make priorities in his life. Work happens almost everyday but a Fujino release only happens once a month at most.

Is there a reason why Sinon wants to help Kirito with sexual activity? To tell Asuna "look how good I am" or for other girls?
well, although I also found it weird, but apparently all the micro scenes with Sinon and Kirito (him helping carry the boxes, warning about Hebeshimi, helped fight off the orc-pigsand maybe something else) made her like Kirito. also, when she found out that he is Suguha's brother, that also increased her interest and maybe she wants to raise him for herself as a sexual partner, since she potentially sees herself with him (but that's more far-fetched). Since Kirito's character in the game is extremely nice, he's a good guy.
We don't really know, actually. While she was still getting free from Hebishima she kinda got a small interest in him when he saved her from the orcs, but after that it only started being developed after the small timeskip where she became Asuna's bestie offscreen (Like in Canon XD), she may have gotten a passing interest in him but after she got her character changed upon becoming a member of the council and then 'busted' Leafa having 'fun' with him using banned OP skills she seemingly decided to make it a 'competition', as of right now her interest on him seems more for having fun/thrill than anything else, and she seems unaware of how terrible a lover he usually is (Especially when she misunderstood WHY Leafa fed him full of stamina potions before they had their first 'competition' with him XP).

she barely interacted with him before this, and she suddenly become asuna bestie too... maybe fujino just know about those things and decide that they should become bestie here too instead of stranger or something like that...
honestly side girl here can get drasticaly sudden change in personality and behaviour, so u shouldnt confused urself with that...
