The game is very successful and Fujino will probably want to invest more in SAO, as you said instead of having part 3, simply create a new route without Inoda and with another new character. (Maybe BBC or other features).

It's been discussed that Kirito's dick is small and doesn't suit Asuna. But I don't think it's the size, it's the fact that he doesn't have any stamina.
