How many hrs till Goatjino drop the update?

If it happens today, then it can be any second starting from now up to about 4 hours later max usually. Fujino will sometimes post it later than 5am Japan time, but it's a much rarer ocassion for that to happen.

I don't have much hope that this update will be great. Fujino himself said that the content that will be released does not reflect the content of a 2 month update. Then not only 2 months of waiting, but the update itself will be divided into 2 parts, one released now in May, the other part that will perhaps also be the most important in June

Yeah, once there's signs of the post going up, I'm skipping and dipping from the thread to avoid spoilers for the next 6 weeks.

Most characters look the same. Kirito looks as generic as always but at least the LN gave him a unique outfit! But Sinon is almost unrecognizable from her early designs.

That braid crown with mini-ponytail really become "Asuna's hairstyle" now. Now anytime I see even the mini-ponytail without the braid crown I still think it is Asuna-inspired. Good job on the light novel illustrator for making her so unique looking. Look at what she looks like in early web novel picture.

actually the first girl who had this hairstyle was Asuna's schoolmate (I don't remember her name) she was the one who gave her that french braid/braid with crown style

Add to previous scenes/expanding, and then more Asuna focused stuff. So probably just sex update, which I bet a decent chunk of people might be happy about? The main plot/story would probably be in the next update in June.

I don't know the extent the Asuna scenes will be like, but I guess just focusing on more sex and minimal FOG related stuff.

Edit:
I guess you can equate it to a typical 1-month update. Sometimes the plot moved forward, and sometimes it barely did in favor of some more sex scenes.

You are thinking of Tozawa Misumi (Mito).
She was added later so it is like an retcon.

The update was supposed to be released at the end of May but he got delayed. So Fujino decided to split the update into half in mid-may (tomorrow or day after) and other half at end of June.

Nah he was very specific in his answer when he said no, even risking some spoilers so Sugu will not be ntred by Inoda.
But at the same time he said is "unlikely" that Inoda will fuck all the girls in the game, which is vague
A straight "no" and a "maybe not" for similar questions, make that what you will.

Q: Will Inoda NTR Kirito’s sister too?
A: No.

Q: So, later in the story, will Inoda have sex with all the female characters?
A: Unlikely with all.

Now considering the story so far unfortunately i dont see Fujino doing any new big development for Sugu, he turn her into a secondary character of a secondary character Sinon, all her last interactions were tied to Sinon plot.
Unless he change the story like making her the one who tell the truth to Kirito, what i don't believe he will do, she will get maybe 2 scenes one as Sugu and the other as Laefa/Flora leading to whatever participation she may have in the ending of the game.
