PTSD is a severe mental condition that occurs as a result of single or repeated events that have a super-powerful negative impact on the individual's psyche. If a person has no memories of events, then consciousness cannot form any negative consequences based on what does not exist. And these documents in the hospital are the result of Asuna's examination after her father saved Asuna from Sugo. Her memory was erased, obviously, after that.
Also wtf, I don't know of any other porn game that has such "slow" changes. You actually get a good look at how her thought process changes over hours and hours of gameplay. That alone makes it more "realistic" than 99% of the "virgin touches a cock and becomes a slut" games out there.
I mean maybe, but the next line of text is the sort of "realistic" handwaving reason that you can expect out an NTR game that completely negates this.
