This is normal we have to understand one simple thing, when the author try to please everyone he fuckup the story.
Fujino said this game was suppose to be over by now, but for any given reason, Fans, Fame, Money he stretched as far as he could, but let's face it we didnt have too much content here to beggin with.
He try to please and give the fans what they want, huge mistake from his part, now he said fuck it i will do it my way and finish this crap once for all.
So sugu sinon and the others is his original idea woud also be ntr by someone, but he change because the fans asked/voted and this didnt work out very well because he in the end had no idea in what to do with them and everyone update after update asking for more scenes and story development for these characters and the main plot got fucked because of that.

That's the thing, technically this was a spolier from him after the changes he made into the weekly reports exactly to avoid spoilers, so i always took that with grain of salt.
The perks were most about Asuna, the fact their names not be in the list dosen't mean anything.

I would prefer Suguha and Sinon to be fucked by someone else but Inoda, that son of a bitch.

I don't think you should blame the fans for everything. It's one thing to add a minor character, Alice, at the request of fans and give her a minor role in the plot, but it's another thing to completely change the plot and rules by taking the easy way out. I understand that there are people for whom this game is just porn with SAO characters and they don't care about corruption and what happens to the plot there. But there are players who like this game for its design, slow corruption, and character and plot development with lots of intriguing elements.
What value does slow corruption have if you could just change the memory? Nothing... What value does character development have if you can now change any character with a flick of your finger? Again, nothing... What value does a developing plot have if any detail of the plot can now be reversed by changing any character's memory? Well, you get it....
I don't think fans have such an overwhelming influence on the deeper aspects of this game, so personally, I'm sure it was Fujino's decision to finish the game with the least effort (in thinking through the characters and plot).
Again, I'm not sure if Fujino will use this technique in the future. Maybe Asuna was the only character who was so easily changed.(This is most disappointing.) But the fact is that Asuna is the main character and her corruption and development were of great importance, and if Fujino changed her so easily, then what can the rest of the characters mean to him? A dangerous use case...

so what Kirito dreamed in the previous version was not him but Inoda surrounded by Suguha, Alice, Sinon and Liz

They play too big a role in the plot. It suddenly became dangerous. There was a rumor that if you resist the Inoda too much, then your memory can be changed. So Suguha and Sinon are in danger.

After all this, it's possible that Kirito could endup with harem, but he will be cucked by all the chicks, maybe they will pity fuck him here and there, but they will back blow by someone else.
One idea is that all of this is pure manipulation by someone else IRL, the Admin is not a supernatural AI or any divine bs it's just a person who can grant powers in the game to Inoda because is the someone with admin/gamemaster access.
But has to be someone with a serious problem against Kirito and Asuna, the way she talks in the game is more likely to be a woman she wants Kirito, there's any other chick in SAO canon who was shutdown by Kirito because of Asuna?
The main goal of the council is Mind control which they wouldnt need if a real AI God was in their side, so because of that i dont think is any supernatural AI bs.
