Well from what i searched a bit in my attempt to port the Game From RPG MAKER MV to RPG MAKER MZ.
1-The action_seq plugin is not really fit to make animated video Gif but just skill effect for combat
One of the member on this thread did use actual mp4 file to alter the game, so maybe mp4 format would have been better.
Maybe the sound mixing with mp4 was to much hassle for Fujino, it's hard to change the process of how you do thing after a while...
2-It's the 1st big game from Fujino, pretty sure he did not expect those limitations either from the way he's doing thing usualy.
3-The left side pop-up dialog was not made for RPG MAKER MV but for RPG MAKER MZ, the downgrade version is not stable.

That was peak, except for the Alice bit...if you remember, she basically all but admited she only got with Klein out of semi-pity for the rebound of accepting she couldn't be with Kirito (Which was also stupid btw XD), so I don't think that relationship would have lasted even without the hypnosis shit in the way XP

It's funny, if Fujino had suddenly made such an ending, half of players would have come out with pitchforks and torches to look for Fujino, and the other half would have gone to protect him.

But seriously, an ending with a time shift is quite possible (not possible because Fujino can do it, but possible because it can be logically explained. Although if you give him a lot of money ... who knows.) Fujino can easily make such a small moment that Kirito has not just a SEED in his head, but an implanted chip with a SEED (although maybe it is?). In the canon of Fujino, there are such incomprehensible things as the goddess Queenella, the world of dreams, so a few more fantastic things won't spoil anything.

Therefore, it is possible to implement a plot in which Kirito finds out about everything, is horrified and the Administrator tells him a way to fix everything, on the condition that he takes her data into the past so that she can realize her plans a little earlier. Kirito sends his identity and memory back to the past, using FOG servers. Kirito enter into the core of FOG and downloads his own personality ( Anyone who has played the SOMA game will understand the "joke" with a copy of the personality ) cast from his chip and sends it back to the past with the help of *Dr. Fujino's magic technology*. Then, sometime in May 2026, the day before he met Inoda, he wakes up and realizes that everything has worked out, and the first thing he does is go into the woods, find a wounded Inoda and stick a sword in his ass, then go to the school bullies and for a small reward they turn Inoda into a punching bag. Well, etc. As far as your imagination is enough.

This option can be implemented without much controversy. But, as usual, a lot of people will shout that this is NTR and a good ending is impossible. But I can tell them that everything has its price.

But I really wonder if Kirito found out everything at all - Asuna's betrayal, how Asuna was held by Sugo, Suguha and Sinon's relationship with Hebeshima, Liz's plans - would he save them and change their fate? It's unlikely Inoda will get to her; they have no connection. It's also unfortunately hard to imagine a more or less happy ending for Alice right now. Suguha and Sinon aren't going to help her, which means Oberon will succeed in altering her mind, and the effect won't just last a maximum of two months like hypnosis, but will likely stay with her for life.

If he goes for the option 1 accident or external influence that could be done sometime before the ending, Kirto maybe will need time to digest the news, think about how this happen and what to do next, follow Asuna and Inoda without them knowing about it and getting excited being a voyer and with the idea of being a cuck. He also can learn about all the BS the others girls have done behind his back and make him want to get closer or further away from them as well.

Option 2 someone telling the truth in his face, this is more straight foward and very likely to happen only at the very end give him (us players) a choice over what ending we want, include any options here.

What was the motivation for bear cam and the investigation, spy on Kirito and Asuna, and actually was just plot device used by Fujino, Suguha can't use any proof because she dosen't have any or the footage from the bear cam because would be bad for her.
The point is all of them Sugu, Liz and Sinon don't want to risk their chances with Kirito being the one who bring the bad news, because he learn the truth and then what, his next question for each would be How do you now that? that's why they keep probing him with hypoteticals questions to see if he has any doubts about Asuna behviors and they get the same answer from him No.

The admin in other hand has no reasons to fear his reaction, she could have done it at any point, maybe she needed Asuna descend be complete to tell him, actually she want to tell, she didn't because she's having fun with all the BS or maybe because it's part of the plan to break Kirito's mind, and for that she waiting for the Inoda's harem for the fall be complete, and Kirito had no one else to go besides her.
