Yes, absolutely you're right. A lot of time has passed. And Asuna has given a lot of ground because of how persistent Inoda has been... but she has also refused a lot of things. Mind you, A LOT of the ground she conceded was because of the misunderstanding of her thinking Kirito was seeing whores at the brothel. That fucked her up and Immediately made her more receptive to Inoda. It was one of the bigger moments in the entire game, both parts in mind. It drew a line and made her justify a lot of things in her mind. Her not realizing what her rules are anymore was just... weird. Plain and simple. One moment she made it clear that sex was only an in-game thing, next she's agreeing to IRL anal literally out of the blue (I cannot stress that enough, it came out of nowhere.) and then off of the anal comes the vaginal sex and agreeing to be his Sefure. Now... I want to make it very clear... Up until this point, she did have rules, and she actually strictly stuck by them. No kissing, no IRL stuff... but in one instance, she not only allows kisses (Irl mind you) but allows IRL sex stuff, and it's not a result of his persistence, he just... does it, and she just goes 'Oh well'. Not even that, actually. She doesn't go 'oh well'... just nothing is said or done about it. That is the exact instance, and the exact update where you could tell Fujino was over it. Because there wasn't dialogue about Asuna accepting it, or going 'yes, I want this.', or getting over her conflict... she was very much against these things, vehemently rejecting them, and then all of a sudden they just happen and she goes along with it.
As for her becoming a mindless sex drone, you're right. That absolutely is a very common plot point in NTR, however in Asuna's case, it happened very abruptly, and it has negatively impacted the game's story. It's not like she had a moment of deciding she wanted Inoda instead of Kirito. It wasn't corruption, it wasn't her changing her mind, it wasn't a result of what happened throughout Part One and Part Two till this point... it had nothing to do with the game up to this point, nothing to do with Inoda, and nothing to do with Kirito... her memories just got altered into thinking 'Oh, I've been fucking Inoda all along, and he's been my secret husband all along.' This could've happened early in Part One and it would've had the same result. It went from a character battling (even if she was losing that battle) with her values and trying to enforce rules, to someone who just goes along with everything and likes it, because she now believes that something that has been happening reluctantly and one-sidedly for days, has actually been happening excitedly and mutually for years and years. It was out of the blue and it could've been a phenomenal plot point... but it feels cheap and quick to just speed up Inoda and Asuna's relationship.
As for the story... at the end of the day, it's a porn game, it's an NTR porn game at that, and it's not that deep. That being said, the dev has put an ungodly amount of time, effort and presumably money into this game, and it legitimately had a great and engaging story up until the hotel quarantine. Asuna reflecting on her actions would be weird for an NTR game, but not THIS NTR game... not if you take her character in this game and this story into consideration. Honestly, a ending where Inoda and Asuna get screwed over would be funny as hell, and I do think it's copium. You're right, cause I don't see that happening. However, it would make for a pretty peak ending though... because it wouldn't be Asuna AND Inoda being screwed over, just Inoda. If Asuna got her memories back and learned the truth about Inoda and all he has done and orchestrated, she would be the first to condemn him, and that's me not even considering her personality from the anime, that's just her personality from the game before her memories got fucked. She would fucking hate Inoda with a passion if she knew that him saving her from the thugs was manipulation, his arm being injured for so long was manipulation, his visits to her confessional was manipulation, Kirito never used whores at the brothel, his thoughts towards her was much more volatile than his words... if she found out just half of Inoda's true thoughts and actions she would absolutely loathe him based on her character in this game.
