I think so far there has only been 3 hallucinations. The one in the kitchen, one in the BJ room, and one where he sees Sinon nude IRL. Of those 3 only the kitchen is mandatory. The rest can be skipped by walking away or choosing the right dialogue choice. So it is still optional.

Okay wait a minute, I checked out your save but am confused a little bit. Where does it say/state that Asuna was calling/texting Inoda all day? I see that it says "Inoda had been making me happy all day" but don't know what that's referring to? Also is the oral sex something IRL? I had thought that it was in game which is why we had the kitchen hallucination or am I wrong.
Well, considering that Asuna left for Kansai and did not enter the game until the evening, the logical conclusion is that Asuna and Inoda talked on the phone. Apparently, Inoda pissed in her ears properly.
Asuna was out of town. If you try to call Asuna that day she will be busy and later call you to tell she was busy on the phone. Combine that with the message saying Inoda was making her happy all day so she gave him head in FOG, which Kirito sees as a hallucination. The logical conclusion is Inoda was talking or texting her all day and did something to make her happy. He even got a sexy pic from her that day. Then the next day he got another one that was sent to Kirito by accident.
And if she doesn't get a call, she won't even be interested in Kirito's health. He has several procedures per day and logically Asuna should be at least somewhat interested in the results. In this update, Liz is more like Kirito's girlfriend than Asuna herself. I'm not talking about Suguha at all, there's just a wife in her face.
