I agree Suguha's biggest reaction to finding out Asuna's cheating is giving herself the okay to take Kirito away from Asuna. But I wonder if her second biggest reaction is punishing Asuna for hurting her Kirito? It is a common Yandare trait to get violent on those she doesn't like. When Liz almost raped Kirito, she only politely warned her to play fair so maybe no. On the other hand Liz only ALMOST hurt Kirito but Asuna DID hurt Kirito so there is that.
