The Council is engaged in the revival of Quinella, Kirito is not involved in this at all. She needs Kirito, as far as I understand, to feed her energy. It seems to me that breaking up with Asuna will bring Quinella much more nourishment than just "anxiety". There's anger, depression, unwillingness - a lot of negative emotions. And if you think about it, then the Administrator, helping Inoda, is exactly what it leads to. Inoda must take Asuna away from Kirito. Well, that's it, mission accomplished, practically.I wonder that too, but I can't answer it, basically Kirito is useless and I don't think even Fujino knows what he's for
What is Kirito's goal in all this, I know he's useful to Quinella but then? If Quinella managed to reach the real world, what would happen to Kirito? Does he discard him saying he's no longer useful?
But that doesn't answer the question. What is the meaning of Kirito's continued existence in the plot?
If only there was a plot twist in which Asuna confesses to Kirito and leaves him, then Suguha picks him up and tells him that Asuna has actually been cheating on him for a long time. Kirito turns into something like a negative character/antihero and comes into conflict with Sugo and Inoda, and the Administrator, like Palpatine, manages all sides of the conflict and laughs(I hope it wasn't a spoiler about Palpatine).
It would be interesting and Kirito would have his own role in the plot. But now he's just taking up space.
The players got a scene where Asuna fucks next to a sleeping Kirito, and in fact this scene destroys their relationship. There will no longer be the same effect and emotions as before. Asuna will call Kirito via video link while fucking Inoda - so what, Kirito is nobody now. They will show us another scene from the hotel with sex Asuna and Inoda without a condom - so what? Now they're practically husband and wife now, let them fuck as they want. What does Kirito matter in all of this?
