It's complicated to make it work, a revenge plot inside a NTR story, a script about revenge requires a MC with full knowledge over the facts in early stages of the story in order to build up the MC resentment, fueling the desire and giving reason for the revenge, that right off the bat goes against the NTR main theme which is mystery and deceive.

Just shows how many obstacles Fujino has to cross just for Inoda to reach Suguha's Beaver. First all her broken items and abilities and then what seems like an instinctual rejection of all other's wood except her onii-chan. While Fujino still could make that happen, it would still suck so much if that happened.

Here's the simple revenge without racking your brains too much, basically Asuna discovers that she is a carrier of a rare and communicable disease and infects Inoda and after a couple of days they die, Or maybe only Inoda dies, it seems more like karma than revenge xD

I mean, not really, Suguha becoming aware of Asuna/Inoda only served to further convince her to go ahead with her plans regarding her Onii-chan and nothing else...Fujino SPECIFICALLY had her NOT want to confront them at all because if he had, the NTR plot WOULD have ended right there, no matter how much others wanna dismiss it, she literally had a recording of them all but admiting it, that would have been game over and Fujino couldn't have that, so he made the excuse that despite her yandere rapist tendencies she didn't want to break Kirito's heart to pieces just to pick it up for herself (Which indirectly had the effect of making her the only girl left in the game who legit cared more about his feelings than her own gains lol). Also, Inoda has absolutely shit on Suguha, sure, he saw what she did to Liz, but she didn't actually show or say anything incriminatory in front of him beyond making it clear she was 'protecting' her brother in a very scary way, and Inoda has absolutely 0 proof of either (Unlike her), AND on top of that he had to quickly deny anything just so Liz wouldn't kill him (And he lucked out in THAT coinciding with his made-up-excuse to prevent Liz from outright murdering him or reporting him for rape because he was 'forced' LMAO). So no, outside of the council's magical brainwashing, which he would need to hijack to begin with despite not even being aware it exists, Inoda legit has absolutely no way of getting to Suguha at all no matter what XDSuguha and Inoda, Inoda and Suguha, fuck or not to fuck that is the question
If we use a "bird's-eye view" in the Fujino's story or any story for that matter we always will see basic the same things, motivation, interactions and actions the basic stuff for any plot.
The main argument/reason for the people who are against, is the lack of previous interactions between them, which is true for direct interactions save a couple of times and they never even had one single dialogue so it's a fair logic.
But indirect interactions not so much, their individual plots are tied togheter, Inoda motivation and actions in the story had enabled and fuelled Sugu's actions and motivation. Because of that the lack of interaction is not a problem without solution, in the end they share a similar motivation.
If Fujino didn't had any intention to make this (sex) happen in any way shape or form, he woundn't make Sugu aware about Asuna's affair (Inoda actions) which will led in the future to a inevitable "confrontation" between the characters (direct interaction). And with the Liz rape as plot device he made Inoda aware about Sugu's actions and motivation which put Inoda in a position of advantage for this future interaction,
That means Fujino will do it, i'm not so sure probably no, but that depends on him, and he's being vague about it the only thing he said was "he will try something, but the things may not go or be as he expect" so, vague.
Maybe Fujino will use this for something that is long overdue, Inoda getting reckt for a change which will be fun
In the end, Fujino left some pretext in order to create context.
