Alright so....what even is suguhas character supposed to be in this game. At first I thought we got a sub story line with her and hebishima going on but he got "sacked" from the story.

What is her purpose now? Does she have sex scenes with kirito? With someone else? With herself?
Does she drive the story forward in any shape or form?

I mean if she doesn't get content then by all means let inoda have her so her character can be used for some sex scenes. Might be a hot take but.....yeah. :ROFLMAO:
This is extra-hilarious because for several updates she was basically moving the plot forward more than Inoda or Asuna XD The only people who think she has "no purpose" are those who don't care for her doing it with Kirito because "the MC shouldn't get any in a NTR game", like she was some fucking vanilla plot, when she has been corrupting and doing horrible shit to him that has indirectly helped Inoda several times, making Asuna think he was "cheating in VR", sabotaging their dates by milking him dry the night before, etc XP

That was quick :ROFLMAO:

Never said she has no purpose though. I just asked "what" is her purpose.

So she essentially is a story device now and pretty important to events and has light sex scenes with kirito that indirectly moves inoda forward.

Eh..I take it I guess.

As for kirito I don't think he can't have sex in this game. From what I know kirito indeed gets laid in this game by side characters (correct me if I am wrong) but honestly it is very uncommon for the NTR MC to get laid so kirito in a sense is lucky I guess.

LOL, so I'm taking it that you haven't really played much, if any, of Part 2? I would recommend doing so to fully answer your questions then, I thought you were just being ironic XD

What if I told you that I have only played part 1 yet ,)

I am a rare breed that waits for a project to finish before I play it. Maybe test 1-2 early updates out and if I like it then I will put it on my watchlist and wait. :coffee:

Reason is that I absolutely hate playing in updates. I want to enjoy the game in my own pace and not having the constant thought in the back of my mind like "when did I reach the end of the current update".

This removes any clifhanger bullshit or emotional hassle that many people have with the recent update. Maybe the last update will make sense or gets better in context of what is coming next. Even if one part of the game was bad I can continue playing and see what is coming afterwards.

To put into perspective how big of a hermit I can be.

I actually waited until all 5 seasons of Breaking Bad came out until I watched the series myself. Once the series found its conclusion with season 5 I started watching and let me tell you that it was a glorious time.

Also yes I got made fun of several times because of it but eehh......I have a peace of mind and can enjoy the game or any medium really for what it is.

While there is nothing wrong with not wanting to start something until you can finish it, I do think it is weird you are hanging out in the game discussion thread while you wait for it to be complete before playing. No doubt you will understand all the important points of the incomplete game including the cliffhangers you wanted to avoid by reading the posts here. Is it really any different knowing those points from other people instead of experiencing them yourself? If it was me I would avoid any place talking about the game until I am ready to play it.

Of course but then again I actually like having half knowledge about projects I really am interested in or engage in discussions from an outside perspective.

For example the question I stated about suguha. I like reading interpretations and thoughts of other people.

Believe me I still know jack shit about part 2 aside from tidbits I gather when I decide to actively visit the thread.

Lastly I won't see the essence of a porn game until I play it myself. Being the sex scenes.

It is what it is.

my recommendation to everyone who hasn't played the second part.
Complete the first one, it's quite short and intense.
The second part probably isn't worth 50-65 hours of your time after the project is finished, just jerk off to the CGs if you like the characters.

As one of the few people who enjoyed Part 2 more than the first one, I disagree, though without a doubt playing it in one go is gonna feel better than going through it bit by bit for months, I would say we're at the point where it's worth playing it given we're practically at the final arc of it :p

so i can only assume its going to end like this

Asuna- Lets inoda go raw and start cumming in her then Fully falls in love and commits to keeping the affair permanent after the quarantine is over (100% will happen), or kirito finds out the truth between them but doesn't say he knows cause he gets excited knowing the perfect girl he put on a pedestal is completely different while in bed with inoda (unlikely but you never know) or in a twist breaks up with kirito to be with inoda openly (0% chance but would make a funny ending)

Liz- Will be a good second girlfriend to kirito but occasionally will go to inoda for rough sex

Yui- not sure how this will turn out but im assuming she will be an in game sex friend for inoda

Alice- Won't get involved with inoda but sticks with klien while banging whoever she wants in vr and reality

Suguha- Finally gets her way and fully seduces kirito (after all she is the goat of part 2 so far being the one that pushed the story forward a couple of times)

Sinon- Will most likely just keep sleeping around while not committing to anyone

I'm actually wondering if Fujino will use Yui for sex, since she's about 5,6, maybe 10 years old according to the lore(I don't know, correct me, I'm just guessing)? Of course, he redesigned her from a loli to a busty loli, but I just think that this moment will make even more people angry than rewriting the memory, since lolicon is a controversial genre.

my main complaint about the second part is its length (it seems to me insanely long), and the fact that after so much time, the plot was weak and remained (and also monotonous from the update of Asuna Inoda's route literally does not change from the first part: yes no yes no yes yes), and because Fujino tried to devote a lot of time to it, and at the end he also admitted that he reached a dead end and decided to just somehow finish it, and the number of REALLY cool interesting NTR was small (well, this is personal for everyone, but I liked only 4-5 scenes, the rest are just not bad).

Have to admit, I’m kind of curious what direction the IRL dynamic takes given all of the new in game effects. Obviously, the easy conclusion is they just become sex friends even after the quarantine, she legitimately sees him as a necessity now because she wants the satisfaction he gives her. But like, are we gonna speed run his affection now for her as well? Like it was mentioned in game how she’s a secret wife and I don’t know how much of what was discussed in game translate to irl dynamic. I just thought we were getting a rimjob scene but if they go back to their daily after, I am really curious to see how they start going at it in the real world when they’re not just isolated or protected by in game mechanics.

I think he will rush the ending after hotel ends. So much irl potential wasted on overly long hotel arc.

Oh, "not sure if I can make it in time for Friday in-game.", so it’s another update with just 1 in-game day. Honestly, it’s disappointing, not because it’s a short update, but because I’m already tired of the quarantine arc. It’s been dragged out too long, and I already want us to move on to the events in the main menu.
Considering that Thursday will probably be fog again, it’s even sadder because we’ve already spent most of the game watching Asuna’s fall. Now scenes with her in fog don’t really make sense anymore since she’s already completely ready for anything there. Unless Inoda tries something with Yui or there are scenes with other girls.
You could say that even in irl she’s already doing almost everything, but there are still a couple more stages left for her development. That’s the problem with this dragged-out quarantine arc. All her development there feels devalued because as long as she’s there, she’ll do whatever Inoda says. When she returns, scenes in irl will be more interesting, at least because there could be some moral conflict like “I can’t do this anymore, the quarantine is over, I should resist.”
Maybe when Fujino planned this arc, he didn’t fully realize how much he would stretch it out. In the game itself, days pass quickly, and it might have seemed like two weeks would go by unnoticed. But when updates come out once a month or even every few months, and the update may cover not 3 in-game days, but just 1-2, it becomes a problem.

I mean, to be fair with Fujino, it seems he originally did plan to finish as usual he just got too much work IRL, unexpected and sad but not entirely his fault XP

Fujino's only crime was loving too much this project, his other games used to be a way shorter than this one and he forcibly crammed a lot of stories and ideas that could be better used in other new games instead of in an already well-established story and making the whole thing feel bloated.
