With all the stuff going on, I really think fujino is taking notes to make a shit game involving the characters won in the poll, he may really has no idea for the plot for the game or just gathering majority of opinions just so that the fans in ci-en and patreon don't spam or harass him when the actual game is released

If that is his plan then it is doomed to failure. No way he can satisfy everyone. So he will get complains and harassment no matter what he does. Dealing with people just sucks!

I get your point, but we can't call this game as "NTR" game either, because Asuna doesn't and have not love Kirito in Fujino's fictional world. Asuna surely loves big dick, but I'm not sure if she loves Inoda or not. But for this game, if someone steals Asuna from Inoda, that would be real NTR.

(just a reminder for you; I know nothing about swort art online. I only played this game and I can confidently say that Asuna has no feelings toward Kirito at all. She finds petty excuses to blame Kirito all the time, but she forgets and forgives everything Inoda does. Also she favors Inoda all the time, while ignores Kirito. If you think this game was a good "NTR" game before Suguha x Kirito and Sinon x Kirito, then you probably just think canon swort art online couple, as I heard they are one of the most wholesome couple in all anime or manga history or whatever. But for this game and Fujino's fictional world, Asuna and Kirito are complete failure as couple and there was no NTR at all, maybe just cheating)

I think it is kind of a stretch to say that Asuna didn't love Kirito in this story. I'm sure she expressed a decent amount of time her love for him. But the "dorkyness" and unassertiveness of Kirito makes Asuna the one wearing the pants in their relationship, hence her chosing when to have action. But to be fair, she has a special relation and idea of sex and maybe that's what made their couple almost platonic. And this only emphasized the NTR when her relationship with Inoda started because it had a more direct approach.
To come back about the love between Kirito and Asuna, we even have a barometer which showed that Asuna considered Kirito as the love of her life. Most probably a tool to help the player simply picture better the love which wasn't necessarily showed in the game.

And at each such moment, Asuna's doubts about the correctness of her behavior took a maximum of a couple of seconds. What kind of love can there be? And if before version 0.55 it was not noticeable because of the good plot layout and high-quality slow corruption, then after version 0.55, Fujino turned Asuna into a completely hypocritical and indifferent character who is more interested in looking for Kirito's mistakes than thinking about their solution. And there is a huge difference between the visual component of Kirito and Asuna's relationship and what is written in the statistics.

Maybe that was the case before. Asuna didn't know much about sex, and Kirito was the only example, but don't forget how Sugo\Oberon held her captive. Her memory was erased, but her pleasure-trained body remained. That is, based on the plot that Fujino created, sex with Kirito was always insufficient for Asuna, but she stayed with him. There is also a question here, if there were no ALFheim events that consolidated Asuna and Kirito's relationship, then why does she stay with Kirito? This is also a question that goes into the piggy bank(haha! piggy...) of questions about whether Asuna really loved Kirito?

It seems that Fujino initially did not want to develop the relationship between Asuna and Kirito particularly within his canon, but simply hoped that everyone knew the original novel and would believe in the relationship between Kirito and Asuna without unnecessary questions. But the mere absence of the "Fairy Dance" arc, to be honest, changes a lot, but apparently Fujino just gave up on it.

I have a theory that after the "memory change", Asuna's PTSD should disappear - this is a logical assumption, if Asuna's brain subconsciously understood that her body had undergone lustful training from Sugo, but did not understand where it came from, because of the erased memory, then now everything should fall into place. 200+ times of having sex with Inoda should explain a lot. Self-rationalization of memory, damn it.

We don't even know how long Asuna spent in Sugo's captivity. If we assume that Asuna's memory has added 200+ fucking sessions with Inoda, then why not replace the erased memory with the same relationship with Inoda. And then it becomes unclear at all - how long have Asuna and Kirito been a couple? Maybe they've only been dating for a few months...

Interesting idea. A idea that could be been great earlier in the game but at this point it is so close to the end that it would too much to fit her in now. Unlike Yui there were no mention of Sachi to my knowledge. Putting her in now would just be too much effort.

I can see earlier in the game, Fujino could say Sachi didn't die in Aincraid but instead went into a coma. Then she woke up and met Kirito again. Kirito could be torn between Sachi and Asuna. He could have want to spend time with Sachi and that could be a more realistic cause Asuna to be jealous and be closer to Inoda then using the fake Kirito with Flora idea.

Yea definitely a good idea but too late to make it work now.

Actually, Sachi didn't really remind him of Suguha, the only one who did that was Silica XD And funnily enough, there is only like 2 lines that have him clarify that he didn't see Sachi in a romantic way, and these actually didn't exist in the original web novel, they were added exclusively to the published Light Novel version of Sachi's/The Black Cats' sidestory, aka poor Sachi was retconned out of being Kirito's first love for Asuna's sake despite ending up death...and later on this was pointless anyway because the author wrote SAO Progressive which further retconned KiriSuna's relationship, so Asuna was the first love anyway, aka poor Sachi just took another unnecessary L for no reason in the end XD
