Another thing to take into account, for good or bad (Good if you're an Inoda fan I suppose), the new split of the routes does mean that now there IS actually a much more realistic possibility of Inoda getting all the girls either through some plot BS or magical brainswashing that there was before, in HIS Route (Which is based around Kirito constantly rejecting the advances of the others so it could even be written as a twisted form of 'karma', lol). There realistically was 0 chance he got all of them before but now that the split makes clear there is a route where Kirito goes full corrupt and gets whatever he wants by no longer giving a fuck, the opposite is true and so Inoda could get anything he wants as unrealistic as it is in his route, maybe.

Not yet, the 'KiriChad' route JUST started, and the only scenes he has had are with Alice and Lisbeth so far. He DID state interest in going to Suguha and clearly doing more than just getting a 'massage' from her, though, right before he found Liz, so we will probably get that in one of the upcoming updates XP

Well this is what we call compromise, Fujino linstened to the fans who were asking and nagging about Kirito "passiveness" and gave him more agency and presto Chadirito was born, but with that he opened a third possibility for ending "corruption" ending which could involve all the girls boucing at Inoda's dick and i mean all of them.

The "good ending" will be Chadirito landing the harem, and Inoda with Asuna, Kyoko and Yui, but Kirito and Asuna are not togheter anymore.

Yui managed somehow to use Inoda's powers IRL, i think in this moment of the story she can do pretty much anything the plot needs it, council or no council, sinon or whatever it will make no difference.
Mind you, she already delivery the first one for his daddy harem Liz, was her who made Inoda find the succubus gear, one of her missions is make the daddy's harem come to life, the thing is like you said we should wait, but the next FOG mission has something to do with Mushroons they will probabily have some side effects that can be the plot device to this possible new brainwash bs as well.

The point is Sugu will try again, if she appears, to reveal Asuna affair with her powers, but she don't know about Yui and what she can do or how she will react if sugu try to do that.

About the survey, idk but the timming is weird, Fujino deciding to do a U turn in the story now right after that is telling if you ask me, he's clearly taking inspiration over some new information or perspective and many things in that survey are or will be present in this new plot line.

About Sugu i'm curious how Chadirito will react to Sugu, because so far he went "full punisher" mode with Alice and Liz, because he didn't like the way they behave or did that was his trigger, Alice being a whore and Cucking queen, and Liz trying to tell him about Asuna, i wonder what he will use to Punish Sugu the drug rape, her double life as Laefa/Flora or her past with Hebishima, because Chadirito by the looks of it is not a fan of lovey dovey BS and have no reason to punish her yet.

It is because they all have some kind of background. And this background needs to change or trigger in the story. What should happen next is for every single character - author needs to basically finish the side stories they have. To leave no doubts or leave some doubts for us - but it has to finish. Otherwise, the end will be weak. Summaries it with sex with Giga Chad Kirito, or sex with Inoda. I mean common - it is hard because author made it like this way. So he needs to figure it out now.
Majority of fans would give a f... how it ends. They are not even for reading - but for sex scenes. Only the 'thinking' Players could be somehow disappointed. But those are in minority.
