I played a fair bit of them. The best always had different endings (someo more miserable than others, and some even good, but pretty rare), makes them worthwhile to play. There is no emotional investment if I already know how everything will play out, that is true for any kind of story, even more so for a trope like this one. I still miss a bit of content, but for now there is a hint a different kind of endings, and from the bit I read on this thread it seems that even the develper sayed so.

Fujino lost some time moving and settling into a new job.
The fact that Fujino has only about 1/3 of the update completed after 3 weeks in October suggests he lost at least 10 days, so anything earlier than Nov 11 would be a pleasant surprise by this point, and I wouldn't expect a bigger release than usual either.
Also, whenever Fujino rushes releases, they usually end up being quite buggy at first and need a few bugfix revisions before they work well enough...
It's one of the more recent releases. I think maybe two releases back so you'll have to either play the entire game or when picking where you wanna start choose like the second/third to last choice.
Can anyone tell me what's the use of useless pigeon near Kirito's house and 3-4 places more? I know it is some kind of toggle but how do we know its effects?

Once you load the save, go to Asuna's crystal. Go to this node:
Then select "Bedchamber Sandal" for the scene.
If you have not already done so, first download and play the game from the links marked Part 1. It is the first part of the game and recommend playing it first. Then play the game under the current game links. You can always ask questions after the game or the lore. People like talking about those here.
The pigeon toggles whether "Asuna's Room" and "Inoda's Room" is viewable when Kirito gets to the PC everyday. Basically it lets you see the NTR or not.
