BepInEx do not supports the android. plugin can't.
if want to use cheat, use another cheat tools(guardian ?) or edit hex bytes.

theres a guide to fix it linked in the original post you just gotta enter ResetMainMission into the console which can be accessed by opening the menu and tapping the girl's face

It's based on BepInEx. If U want use this, U must install BepInEx.
It's independent from game version. Will works on next game update.

the last boss? its so easy you just need to duck in first phase before the projectile comes in contact, you need to shoot the one thats producing the projectiles to get it in phase 2; just dodge the thunders and headshot her

I may be dumb but has the scene with the tentacle door been removed? Whenever I try to use it the dialogue basically says nahhh and the only way past is to shoot the eye. Do I need to be a certain amount of corrupted or something?
