The walkthrough evolved so page numbers changed too as there is more page to it and cheat mode explained at the end, you have links in the table of content of the pdf.

Click Start -> Start from a scene → that will start ch 1 , no second option .
or
Try Shift + 0 →that just open console mode , and what commend i should enter ?
