If you live in some Islamic country or near Muslims, you probably overheard them saying that and it had nothing to do with the game. And why would they put that in the game? Cleopatra was way before Islam. Before Christianity even. I am yet to see any Islamic reference in these games, and I doubt we ever will. So it's just you.

The only incest that can make sense in this game is if Grace or her brother sleep with their mom. I'm sure there will be a threesome with Grace and Julia though. Why Patreon doesn't care about that, but cares about MC sleeping with his mom or sister is beyond me. Literally nobody cares about incest. Not Patreon, not its investors, not even people. They just think others care... Fucking idiots.

does anyone have the save file for the current version of the game? I d/led the update-only files and copied them over the previous version of the game files and for whatever reason it won't run my current save. Instead, it just starts the game completely from the beginning. I tried d/ling the full file for the new game version and tried the above into this folder and the same thing happened. Somehow it overwrote my save and I really do not want to start from the beginning.

Yep. Patreon not to blame because their business model stops them from marketing some types of product on behalf of creators. I believe that Subscribestar has such content available but personally have no knowledge how they process payments or how much they charge creators to use their services. Maybe a person on this forum who has had dealing with Subscribestar could say what happens and what terms and conditions Subscribestar demand from creators and customers and how it is different from Patreon?
Creators overwhelmingly seem to prefer Patreon so that platform must have considerable advantage over rivals despite curbs on creative freedom.
