yup, and just like this one, there are hundreds of posts in each with people expressing their opinion one way or another. Welcome to the Internet.
OTOH, complaints like this are potentially useful for those of us trying to figure out whether to download and play a given game. As you say, there are lots of other games to play instead, and the complainers might just give me the information I need to decide whether to do just that.

WEEKLY REPORT
The next chapter of Symphony of the Serpent is coming and with it a trip to the desert, bringing us to a mysterious ruin and a sexy show of appreciation. In addition to the eventful and dangerous desert hike, a riot breaks out that endangers a familiar and beautiful woman. What will it mean for your relationship if you're able to save her from danger? These and more are coming in the next chapter which will feature 4 new story scenes.
The year is almost over and it's been a big one! The Genesis Order 1.0 launched and Symphony of the Serpent started! Lots of changes in style and production have made this year a busy and sometimes chaotic one. The engine has emerged nicely and will continue to evolve as we go deep into the story of SotS in 2025!

A strident and heartfelt opinion with which of course I disagree with but stand up for your right to express freely hereabouts as always.
I'm not going argue with you about SotS this morning, which I kind of suspect you are trying to bait me into doing, but as yesterday has already slipped into tomorrow and I've had a wonderful evening and night, I'm in too good a mood to oblige. Real girls are ten times beyond wonderful aren't they? Instead I wish you a Happy Christmas, prosperous New Year, and, this being the season of goodwill to all men... that's GOODWILL TO ALL MEN remember... am extending my goodwill unreservedly to everybody on earth including you believe it or not! Take a chill pill my friend, enjoy Yule as best you can, and Symphony of the Serpent in your own way which is undoubtedly somewhat different from mine. After posting the WR, slightly inebriated, I'm now off to bed. Life is good.

P.S. And in general, I don't need it for "fapping", but just... a friend asked and purely for scientific interest.
Lucy's attraction is at maximum and I didn't get the little heart, is it a bug or did I do something wrong? I already gave her the gift and the sex option doesn't release.
i hope its more than a few short minutes of gameplay.
the 13122 update was crap for its length of gameplay.

I will allow myself to categorically disagree with you. What NLT and its team are doing is practically a miracle for the adult video game market, compared to the ABSOLUTE majority of other representatives of the genre.The update is only 57 Mb...
Man, NLT Media are really milking the cows hard with this latest game of theirs.
A canonical example is DC
with its long-dead and stinking "Summertime Saga", when after a year and a half break it releases a "technical update for its technical update", where it changes the design of a couple of interface buttons and considers that this is quite a sufficient amount of work. Or another similar "merry milkman" ICSTOR , who after a 4-year break was still unable to normally complete his project and fulfill all his promises. In contrast to these and many other "non-comrades", NLT's schedule is practically flawless, you can set your watch by it. Yes, would really like to receive "more content" and even faster, but let's still be realistic. I would also like to get the finished version of the game (preferably with the HD-mod) and play it during these New Year holidays, but we need to be grateful for what we have. At this rate of development, we will get the finished version by the end of 26, if only we survive until then
. And this is a very decent development period for a project of this level!Anyone not able to find the 7th piece of trash in helping Grace with chores quest? Also I swear I picked up 6 dirty dishes when all I needed was 5. Possible bug?
I think one of the reasons updates feel short now is the side content that came way to early in the game. Their previous games had side content but it came pretty late in ToN also had side content but it was there to help you get more money and items for the main quest and your house, same for TGO.
Now side content make you lose money because you have to buy expensive gifts for side girls and farm affection and attraction/lust to be able to see their scenes. They could just have made it viewable scenes you can buy and watch like in TGO. It feels even worse now because this early in the game you don't get that much money from treasures and as of v08111 most of my money went into gifts to side girls and battle items.
I'm in the minority here because I'm still interested in the game, I find most of the main girls really good looking and I want to see where the story goes but it's hurt to farm side content that virtually add nothing and is a waste of effort from their team and a waste of or time as the players.

I always look at it on the positive side. The update contains 4 scenes at once, which, thanks to the 2k enhancement mod, turn into almost 400 Mb of video. Or 200 Mb in original resolution. Even though NLT let us down with the video quality, people on the forum are also pretty good.The update is only 57 Mb...
