this was by far the worst in the series , LE 6 , TON 8.5 , TGO 7 and SOTS 4.5 .
NLT Media avn formula it got stale and boring . the side missions and the puzzles never evolved since TON and at this point they become a chore .
maybe it's time for NLT Media to drop the rpgm engine and try something new !.
I don't see NLT dropping RPGM, considering he's been making games in it for years. Ever heard of the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it"? If he dropped RPGM for anything else, he'd have to spend way more time learning new technologies that might not even let him do what he wants to do with his game.

He's just invested in the new RPGM engine. Modding it to his specifications that probably took ages. He's also hired staff including an ex Disney lead animator for SoTS. I don't think NLT is going to care about what we on a pirate site is saying. Proof will be in the steam sales and reviews. And that won't be for another few years

In fact, other engines can provide enormous opportunities... This is a free camera, various light sources in real time, but in words it already sounds insanely expensive. And this still does not relieve us of the need to write a script and make models. We need to retrain, perhaps expand the team and much more. NLT knows its capabilities and runs on a platform that can offer gameplay and can present scenes beautifully.
Such changes are very risky and will not necessarily be successful. I can't remember anything erotic and successful on modern engines.
There is one game in space about a captain with panties on his head (you probably guessed it), but it also has its limitations, a team of people, good support at the start, and a stubborn zeal to see the project to the end..And they didn't have to jump between engines.
I'll leave it up to you to decide how good that other game is. But I will say that in terms of the camera angle, the staging of the scenes and the sexuality of the girls, they cannot compete with NLT.

Its the same game with better graphics over the years. Look for shit, find shit, drink potions, theres always a spooky church, ghosts, mc with an 18 inch dick, fuck the priest, deal with the occult, fuck every lady in the house, etc. It's the same damn game with better cut scenes.
Its time for them to venture into something new. Maybe a crime drama, a cool college story, maybe a ancient civilization quest but this is just repetition and it has grown old.

And you have NLT and other devs confused. In every single NLT game, after the main story ends, further updates with new content continues for a while, like LfkCn said.

And now you have main story and the game confused, they are 2 very different things. NLT literally tells us when the main story ends, and it has ALWAYS been followed by multiple additional content releases, sort of as an epilogue of what happens with the characters.
TGO story ended around the .88 to .91 update, with another ten percent plus of content added to all aspects of the game after the story was finished. Be it extras for the side girls, more of the puzzles that you did in angel land, and lots of other things.
In all seriousness, you should seek therapy. You use this forum as your punching bag, coming at as the all knowing, when you are almost always objectively wrong. Go look at the TGO walkthroughs, you will see that the story is over around the 90 % completion mark.

Story for ToN finished at 92% with the rest just being bonus content for Evie and the likes.
Story for TGO finished around 84% with the rest being bonus content for Arianna as well as extra KS pages.
There was still extra content in both cases, but the story had finished before 100%

This is from his Patreon page. I'm not a supporter, so can't see the full post, but it shows enough from the end of July 2023 a few days before that release.

Also, that is why the official guide was broken into two parts.
Part 1 was for main story.
Part 2 was for Bonus content
I was just guessing, I didn't realize it ended 10 % sooner than I had thought.
