Nope Isnt located there anymore its in you actual game folder like most of the games on here.( i stand corrected it seem to be in both places so ya new save needs to go there in appdata folder)
seem to be the cheat mod ( old CommonEvents.json (incl cheat mod) 4173 kb) new CommonEvents.json 5238 kb at this place shold be a event playing
The behaviour of the save files is kind of weird too. Sometime can just move from save folder to folder sometimes not. Can do OK playing Windows game using Lutris but not other way. Will have to think about it more for I prefer to play on Linux than Windows for Linux box I use most is higher spec than Windows laptop. I try to make update only by copying files named in full Windows game that were in corrupted update but didn't work for me and I suspect some data files spoiled or missing. 
model-wise this game seems like a pretty heavy downgrade compared to the previous two.

Your 04091 save only shows 3% complete. Is it the wrong save, or just a screwy release of the game?
i've trying to update both i would recommend get the fullgame newest version since file corrupted in update version only causing issue to me like first new scene is just black scene for the most of whole scene then i redownload full version then overwrite seem fine for me now
