Welcome to the club. Although, I must say, it should have happened a few episodes ago when Ethan first recognized Clare.
I believe there is a bug that makes the note disappear / doesn’t trigger the series of events to get intel point 12.
I pointed that out in NLT media discord and they ended up banning me (very professional I know)
your best shot is ignoring this. Play the rest of main game then swap the save file with a complete v.48 or v.50 one.
as this only blocks side girls.

Hi i had the same issue for this found out that all i needed to do was the final step at the roman bathhouse torch instead of all the steps as mentioned in the guide, hope this helps!
