Pimping/sharing as explained in the OP will be a small, optional, side content reserved for slaves. With that said, the game is focused mostly on maledom and mind control so you won't find much lovey dovey romance(there will be some but its not the main part of the game).

However the first attempt to hypnotize Alicia ended up failure and make her more cautious with MC. Besides, Alicia is conscious in the cover. So I wonder whether she would be hypnotized in the future update.

He may even negotiate a deal with her that she'll let him brainwash her into his loyal minion as long as he sticks to a few rules and only makes the changes she wants or allows him to make. (For real though, there's not enough consensual brainwashing porn out there.)
