If you aren't reading the dialogue by just skipping it or you have difficulty with English - you should consider a different game, use the search option for F95 in the thread because almost every question about gameplay has been answered several times - at the least, or follow along with one of the several YouTube playthrough lists available for this game. Almost everything you need to know about what to do next is stated in the dialogue prior to when the new task is added to your list (two playthrough list links can be found here #26,592).
Well then, all is good for you because that is fan-art that is AI generated and not official art for the game.

yes it is a kinda dumb question
, because on the front page there is a code that starts you at the new content. look in cheat codes. this is updated with almost every new version (the exception being the update before last when the new content was at the beginning of the game)
