Is the black screen still there when the minigame starts? If so then you need to try saving the game before pressing on principle office. It kinda worked for me that way. If it's a black screen then load it back again give it a go until the black screen goes away. The dialogues might end up being black almost all the time buy the minigame will work out 3/5 times. So try doing that. Save and reload till the minigame atleast works out.
The how do you explain why MC dad said the pills were to subdue his subconscious? I think MC his subconscious thing from his dad. His dad created thr pills to control thr subconscious and they did so but the side effects of big dick and increased sexual drive came along with it. But in MC case, since he was taking them before puberty, the sexual drive was directed to the subconscious but the big dick side effect alone developed.
Well in that case try running the application as an administrator. That sometimes helps. If that doesn't help then try adjusting your pc resolution to different ones and give it a try.
