So I'm basically just stuck, after finishing the missions from quarry or something like that, it says I have to find a way to invite the mayor of sunshine town, but I really don't know what am I supposed to do, can anyone please help me ???

1st you must go to the mayor's house which is situated on the top left corner of sunlight village & talk to her maid. She will tell you that her boss is on vacation at the coastal village. Next you ask the residents in the coastal village starting from the bikini lady in the house at the top left corner continued by the manager in the bathhouse followed by the bartender then the lady in the house situated on the left side of the fishing supply stall. After telling you of the mayor's encounter with the goblin brothers, you must pay her to use the entrance in her house to the secret tunnel where the mayor is hiding. Finally, walk along the tunnel with blue slime creatures wandering around until you see an underground room where the mayor is preparing food.

No, you have to apply it yourself. The game comes with its official translation from the dev.
The MTL just continues where the official left off.

it's not that bad gameplaywise nowadays, it's just painfully long for something that originally seemed like was going to be just some side-quest
