v0.4.0.0 breaks saves from older versions. Anyone got an up to this point save?

OK, so it's not just me. I skipped the 3.8 update, tried to play 4.0 with a save from I think 3.5? And it wouldn't start...

So yeah, a save near the end of 3.5's content or sooner would be great.

As always with this game, a savefile from a previous version, no matter how recent it is, will not work and breaks the game. Frustrating, I know.
Edit: Forgot to add this, but in PK's unpacked version there should be 2 savefiles which follow up the most recent storyline plot. Granted, it's all in Chinese / Mandarin.

This is the first I've ever encountered this kind of flaw in game design. Usually, you can always move your saves over to the new version, in some fashion.

Even some obscure games years back that I've played, did this. So (shrugs)

Yeah she's actually in the building north, laying in one of the beds on the right commander's room.

I have the exact same problem. Because of this i cant progress further into the game. The file 1pig.png is either missing or corrupted. Because of this any area that consists of a pig we get this error and are unable to progress with the game.

go to the first thread and look to the patch, that worked for me
