I've put the files in the place stated amd it still comes up in chinese. Have i done something wrong. Ps i am running it from an existing save do i have to start a fresh game?
Patreon has strict rules against a heap load of content, and many artists are forced to "clean up" their act if they want to host their work on the site, there's the obvious stuff like Loli and Shota of course, but then there are rules against zoo stuff including shit like beastmen/werewolves, and anything that involved interspecies content, since their last purge began it's had to be human on human or furry on furry, no cross over.
Then there's rules against guro, incest, hypnosis/mind control, any sort of violent acts of a sexual nature, the list goes on, and if your content happens to be of the "asian persuasion", the target on you back is even bigger, honestly the only reason a lot of artists sneak past this trouble is simply cause no ones bothered to report them yet...

That is a old version of the translation for v0.3.5 of the game. Do not use on the latest game version.

The game has its own translation from the dev. that is sometime slow/behind the main language. You can select the available languages at the game menu.
The MTL was just something I shared when I was playing the game as certain parts annoyed me. I haven't played since v0.3.5. I might try to translate it again sometime next week unless someone else beats me to it.

How do i progress on the old milk lady alecia? i got as far as to open up her interaction menu, but she has no quests and no way to raise her relation idk what to do
I don't know if that quest can be finished yet, unless ver .47 has updated it.

Foreword: I'm not intending to be rude.
We can't keep going in circles about what it means, and the overly self inserting, butthurt, that can't tell the difference, for themselves.
However, if you want a simple answer;
It's not NTR. Voyeurism at "worst", as in a bystander effect.
Here's a literal (short) definition of ntr:
NTR or Netorare, (jap. 寝取られ, 寝(ne) as in 寝取られ means "sleep", in this case, "the lover's sleeping with someone (cheating)". 取られ(torare) is a noun coming from 取られる(torareru), "have something stolen/robbed".
The MC isn't in a relationship. Everyone is just fucking each other, like a bunch of rabbits. NTR would include "cucking", which isn't the case.
I'm not scorning you about it, it's just not.
