How do you unpack it using the local emulator? Using winrar

Right click > open with winrar > options > name encoding > 932 japanese > then normally unpack.

Yeah it's local emulator issue. Which is pretty common.

I'm getting it too with native Japanese locale. It's probably on the packer's end.

One other way to solve this problem is by downloading the trial version from the Developer and just copy the (bgs audio files) from the trial to the translated version.
