Enjoyable at first, getting used to the game gimmicks, but some of the difficulty curves and mid/late grinding are kinda rough.
Finding out where to go could have been made more clear. Just for everyone else's sake, you have 6 locations you have to go to.
Shire (first mission, eastern island).
Boat (North East)
Lighthouse (North)
Well (swamp in the NorthWestish)
Apartment Complex (Westish, kinda middlish of mining place).
School (A bit less west? West of village but East of Mining Complex).
You also have to redo boss fights over and over until you get a cutscene for darkness. I just rekilled the lighthouse boss over and over since the other bosses seemed to actually scale.
For the lighthouse boss, there are lots of tips and tricks, but just use backstep when any of the smaller ghosts have >50% gauge, that will keep you out of the cages. First time I fought it, it seems to have way too much hp, but twinned strike did pretty well on further runs. All the in game tips about look really closely for a yellow bird, and the game keeping your target lock help, but a couple more tips, the real one should have the same AP as the boss gauge. At the start It should be 1 "left" press from your initial target lock. During phase 2, it should be 1 "right" press from the big ghost, at least it was for me in my multiple attempts. Fire res items help too, but aren't needed.
After fighting the "true bosses", which was just more tedium, I got the chance to try the final boss... I assume...
I am probably underleveled, getting there at level 50 on normal difficulty. Boss just hand down one shots me if I am not defending ever. I can get to what I assume is the final phase on the lowest difficulty, but the ultimate spam 1 shots me most of the time if I am not guarding, no time to setup any type of healing, and even in my best attempt landing 3 ultimate attacks didn't finish it off. Quite the difficulty spike, with no options except to load an earlier save. Quite annoying after a 15 minute fight to lose to something like that multiple times, though maybe I am just missing the trick.
Just makes the last half of the game feel tedious, as spamming bosses over and over to level up doesn't sound fun, and the enemies aren't really that enjoyable to mass farm either.
