I switched to japanese locale and then downloaded and extracted, but the window size is to large and cuts off the options. Everytime I try to fullscreen it just goes black. Does anyone know any fixes?

Happened to me too, I just deleted the game and redownloaded, while using an emulator.

I saw that this was asked before, but I didn't see any actual answer:

When trying to play the summer days side story I get hit with this pop up shortly after the very first rooftop sequence and can't seem to do anything besides open the link or go back to the title. Does anyone know how to get past this?

EDIT: Really easy solution, just pick different options, if you pick the top option for your first two choices, it just ends there instead of continuing, so pick something other than the top option twice in a row.

You're forgetting about Taimanin RPGX then, despite being a gacha still has the hentai scenes in the game and all you wanted to see, the only thing is that you need a VPN to work because it's meant for Japan only.

Please change your system locale to Japanese. Then download the file again and extract it.

Use

P.S: You must change your system locale first to Japanese before extracting the game. If not it won't work unless you use Rubix's or Chipanator's solution. Basically, whoever who extracts the game first in non Japanese locale and then change your locale to Japanese in order to play the game will have problems. I have attached an image below for Japanese system locale setting.
