They're not broken, you need to setup your extracting program to read japanese characters.
I already tried. But it's still giving the same results.
As you can see, the daughter folders as well as the files themselves are showing up in mojibake
Also tried some of the online mojibake decoders, but it gives me gibberish

Weird, both pixeldrain links still work on my side. Added a Mega mirror for it.

Save storage and quicker loading video for low spec computer or phone.
For me it might better idea for not collect maximum quality every video.
