Nah. It'll be ten months of changing engines, redoing character models, and preparing for content never to come (sure, it's "in development"; yeah, right). Then there will be another "new" game that will be basically the same game with some things moved around and re-rendered. It's a perfect development strategy.
Why did they have to do it as a new game? No one knows. They'd already changed engines once (went from Ren'Py to QSP, at least for a bit). Why is it incredibly hard to just rename the game, "fix" the models you don't like, and finally add content and make sure it all works? Months of nothing, just to get a new game.

on the developers, but we should Kick the up loaders in the balls when they upload unplayable games just to get higher stats, and the MODS for allowing this them to do it.

Dude, chill! It was a joke.
Some games have MCs who are alright, some don't. What really bothers me is the usual selection of male side characters. Those are almost always some real jerks and/or creeps, except for MCs best friend (bonus points if he is black). It's not that I really want or need to see other guys in my games, it just feels so strange that every guy you see is a potential threat, an enemy, a challenge you have to overcome.
