There's a bug with the new events for Sarada, "Lookout" requires RP 31 with the events "Competition" and "Graduation" which i both have done but her RP maxes at 30
EDIT: It's actually for every character with new events. But it happens with the Himawari patch, without it, the caps are ok.

you don't have the compressed version without the hima patch the patch gives bugs
I have found that the new events still trigger if you reach the conditions for them, the game will show RP at 30, but if you do training with her and the RP would be 31 the events still trigger.
It's not censorship per se, but some people are very **not** okay with loli content and/or what can be construed as pedophilic in nature. Regardless whether if Patreon ToS violation evasion is part of the equation, having it be an extra step for the user whether or not that type of content is viewable can also be interpreted as an accessibility consideration.

Man this game looks fun a shame I'll have to play it on PC cuz mobile has a chance to crash after every small action to the point where it's a 50/50 chance of getting to save or restarting all progress
