really, the version i have on my pc, is 24.1 part 1, and all my loli scenes have animations.
i can't tell you what is wrong with your version.
but i will confirm that their are animations for all H scenes after installing the patch.
though it might be that i never played the game without the correct patch to begin with.
here is a sugjestion.
make a save file on page 9 with current progress
start new game, and rush for 1 of the patch scenes asap.
if still no animations, than i recomand downloading the game with patch again, install the patch before starting the game.

you can find the game with patch on the site as well, but this site is slow to update, f95zone.to is better sorce.

I do know that most of the initial scenes with any characters don't have animations, but then when you repeat the sex acts with them (so with Hima when you do "invite Hima"), they all should be animated, at least that's what it's like for me.

I donwloaded the latest version (24.2) and the folder is named as such, but I think it's 24.1 because I don't have some events (like Sarada's, Sumire's or Hako's), also I can't do Eida's 4th event (among other characters) because I can't raise their RPs (for example, right now Eida's it's at 0/0, Temari requires 16 but the max is 15).
Did anyone have the same problem, or did I fuck something up?
Edit: Starting a new game show the correct max stats. Is there any way to solve it, because I really don't want to restart. Also, is it possible to change the character name using ren'py's console? If so, can someone upload a save before the new content? And then I'll just change MC's name.
Edit 2: Fuck it, I speed-ran the shit out of this. Now I'm completing the lust of all the girls.

Here, I believe I did everything there's so far. MC's name's Alex, and mother's April (I think you can change it using renpy's console, but I don't know how).
