This game is a walking simulator build in rpg-maker. There are no choices that matters it's literally kinetic.

The game being in RPG maker doesn't mean its RPG (the RPG tag should be removed). Being made in RPG-maker got its advantages and is viable for liear game, there is no reason such game can't be getting high scores.
You should look for games with "multiple endings" tag, those games most probably will have choices that matter.

That the reviews are too short or what they claim is untrue ? I disagree with the latter and as for the former, well there was never a condition that the reviews need to be detailed or objective. I've seen plenty of one line "game too X" 1/5 reviews and they stay.
Do the reviews from accounts with no activity look sus ? Sure, but there is no proof to it and there are way too many such reviews made every day for mods to investigate them all.

Leaving a comment, so I can post a review for the game.
I was really enjoying this one, but it got a little too into the "cuck" aspect of NTR, rather than the hidden cheating corruption that I actually enjoy. I'm biased, as I actually really hate cuckoldry, but cheating and NTR(cuckoldry) have become interchangeable, despite being different. Go figure.
